February Favourites

These are favourite and most used products throughout February. I fell like this month I have been running out of a lot of my makeup or just been felling like I want to change it up a bit.

1. MAC Pro Longwear Foundation

As soon as I started to use this mac foundation I fell in love, this foundation is the perfect colour for my skin tone, it just blends really nicely and it looks natural on my skin.

2. Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer
This concealer is a lighter shade than I would normally buy but I have stuck with this colour because it is amazing at covering dark circles under my eyes.

 3. Soap and Glory Supercat Eyeliner
This is one of the best eyeliners that I have used, it is so easy to use as it is more like a pen but it also glides on so smoothly.

4. AVON In a Blink Eyeshadow and Eyeliner
I don't actually use this product as eyeshadow or eyeliner, I use it to fill in my eyebrows. This is a great product for my eyebrows because it is easy to use but also it is the right colour for my eyebrows because mine are really dark.

5. Benefit They're Real Mascara
I really like this mascara as it has a wand that can get to all of your lashes and the way that the wand is made it doesn't clump your eyelashes together, personally I hate when this happens, but it makes my lashes look a lot fuller than any other mascara that I have used.

I could go on and on about my favourite products but I thought that I would leave it to five as it leaves more for another time so that I am not repeating myself all the time

How to be ready for the first day of school

My school starts again in about two weeks and I have a habit of leaving everything to the last minute so I thought I would share with you guys what I am going to be doing and also some things that I did last year.

  1. Set your alarm a little earlier  I start doing this about two weeks in advance this way your body will get back into its natural clock and you will feel more awake when you get up.
  2. Make sure you have your uniform - In my school we sadly have a dress code and this is; black skirt/trousers, shirt, navy blazer, school tie, black cardigan/jumper and a white shirt. Make sure you have all of your uniform (that's if you have a uniform) I would suggest laying it out the night before you have to go to school.
  3. Have a look through your old jotters - Over the summer you will have forgotten probably everything that you learned so I would suggest that you take a look over your old jotters/textbooks to refresh your memory.
  4. Get all of your school supplies you need - I would suggest that you make a list of all the supplies you need and get a pencil case because that's an easy way to organise your stationary.
  5. Get a planner - A planner is a good way to note down all of your homework, tests and exams also it is good to write down if you have any rehearsals at school or anything like that.
I hope these tips will help you get ready for school and comment down below what else you would like to see on this blog.

Holiday Essentials

So I'm going on holiday a week today and I am so it. I just cant wait to get there and if you live in the UK the you will know that it doesn't really feel like summer just know. I thought I would just share some of the things that I cannot live with out on holiday. Comment some of your holiday essentials down below.

Sun glasses - these are essential so that you can actually see where you are going in the sun.

Sun cream - obviously you need lots of sun cream to make sure you don't burn and also to keep your skin as healthy as you can when exposed to the sun.

Makeup setting spray - This always comes with me as if I do put on makeup then it will stay put easier.

Bobby pins - I cannot live without these, my hair just doesn't agree with me on holiday so these are perfect for getting it out of my face.

a Cute pair of sandals/flip flops - I mean they are normally the comfiest thins ever which are the best for walking around during the day.

How to Study

Hello at my school there is a lot of people out of my school on study leave in preparation for their exam. So here are some study tips that I use.

-Turn off all your electronics and DONT TOUCH THEM !!!!!

-Study in 30 - 40 minute intervals with about 10 minute breaks. This way your brain will have time to soak in the information

- Find a good studying spot, make sure it is comfortable and quiet

- Make flash cards. These are an easy way to remember things.

-Don't wait till the last minute! If you have lots of time then do a little a day instead of a lot at once

These are some study tips that I use and find they work for me.
