This recipe makes about 10 large cookies.
Ingredients:
- 200g butter
- 300g caster sugar
- 1 large egg
- 275g self-raising flour
- 75g cocoa powder
- A dash of milk
- A large bar of white, milk and dark chocolate
- 3 Daim bars
- Set your oven to 200 degrees Celsius (gas mark 6)
- Mix together your butter and sugar until a smooth consistency
- Add in your egg
- Add all the rest of your dry ingredients, add a dash of milk if the mixture is to dry
- Break up all of your chocolate, including the Daim bars, and add into the mixture
- Line 2 baking trays with baking paper or foil
- Use your hands to separate the mixture into 10 blobs (or you can use an ice cream scoop to make slightly smaller ones if you are going to do this then of course you will get more cookies)
- Put your cookies into the oven for about 11 minutes. (when you take them out they will not look cooked)
- Leave them to cool down for about 30 minutes.
I hope if you make them then you will make them as much as I do xx
